Emma Rosen suggests asking yourself 3 questions to help clarify what kind of work you should do. They are "What skills do you want to be using at work?" -- Do you like to lead a team, write or solve problems? "What do you want to get out of work?" -- It could be the chance to change the world or to enjoy variety or, say, autonomy in the workplace -- and "What kind of working environment would you prefer?" -- Do you want to work in an office or outdoors, for a big company or start your own? How about you? Respond to Emma's 3 questions in this post. Emma also suggests it is important to do multiple work placements in a range of careers.        My personality test result said I was a supervisor, and I think it's half accurate and half inaccurate. I do see myself as stable and practical, because when I work on something, I carefully follow the steps to make sure there are no mistakes. Also, I think it is important to follow rules properly, so I agree with the part that says I tend to get stressed when I see people not following them. However, I don't really like being a leader when working in a group, and I've never been told that I'm bossy, so I don't think that part of the result describes me. From this test result, I got the impression that supervisors are confident and like to take charge, but I don't really like that. I tend to think carefully before I speak, and I sometimes hesitate to express my opinions strongly.

My personality is Nurturer. I don't agree with the part that says others may take advantage of me, because I can say no when I need to. However, I would say that the other descriptions fit me. I think I'm kind and care about other people's feeling.    So I always try to avoid hurting other's feeling or causing conflict.

   I almost agree with result of personality test. I was assessed as a supervisor. Especially, I'm up for part of what I am like. I irritated when people don't follow producer. According to this test, I am practical. i think it is correct, because I prefer logic thinking to theoretical  thinking. However, there is one result which I can't agree. I don't think myself as extrovert because I am not good at talking to someone or making new friends. 

  I agree to some extent with the result of my personality test, in which I was assessed as a steady and sympathetic. I do see myself as peaceful person and don’t want to fighting with other people because when I fight with other people, I feel so stress and lose my energy and don’t want to be hurt. But I don’t agree I am self-critical. I think I care about my thoughts.  

I agree almost points with the result of my personalty test. I do see myself easy-going and steady. But I don't see myself sympathetic. I can be sympathetic if someone wants me to be sympathetic. But I honestly don't want someone to be sympathetic because I just want someone to get advice if I feel sad. I agree with all of results about "What you are like". Especially "tend to avoid conflict". I hate fighting with someone because I don't want to spend time to fight. 

  I almost agree with the result of personality test, in which I was assessed as an idealist. I do see myself as forgiving and curious, but unfortunately, I am not such a bright person at all because I can sometimes be quite lazy when I am in a bad mood. I also agree that I am flexible and I usually tend to refuse to compromise my standards. However, I disagree that I am easygoing because I sometimes am worried about how things will go or if something new for me go according to my plan. Although it depends on a situation, I think I sometimes can be a risk taker because I really like to see something new and unusual that I have never seen even if my friends  try to stop me.

My personality is peacemaker. And I completely agree with the result. I hate fighting with someone because I don't want to angry someone and I don't to use energy.  I also easily emphasize with characters in shows or movies. in addition I'm not good at challenging something new.

I am Realist, and most of the personalities are not applicable. I'd say that my personality is neither mature nor conscientious. Additionally, I am NOT like being good at meeting deadlines. The only one that applies to me is 'introverted'.

 I don't agree with my result of my personality test, in which I was assessed as a Go-Getter. I do see myself as inventive, enthusiastic, determined and alert, but I think my personality likes performer, because I'm very outgoing and good motivator.

  I agree a little with my personality test result. It said I am a Peacemaker. I think I am kind and care about other people’s feelings. But I don’t think I am always calm or good at avoiding problems.  Still, I try to understand others and keep good relationships with people.

 I partly agree with the result of my personality test, in which I was assessed as a big thinker. I do see myself as talkative, curious, logical. self-sufficient according to the test, but unfortunately, I am not logical person.  I tend to be driven by my emotions or act on intuition. Also, I am a talkative person, but I 'm also shy. 

  My personality is Counsellor. I really agree on three things which is peaceful, relax and creativity, and deeply private. It is important for me to spend own time because I usually tired with someone all day and all time. Moreover, I like to build good relationship with people, that's why I attempt to keep peaceful daily life. I think that my personality is introverted compared with extraverted, so I often have relax atmosphere maybe. Although I really like to create new things  especially drawing picture, I do not draw anything recently. However, I'm not great at taking cautions because I sometimes forget to bring something for school. When I was a primary school student, I forgot to lock the door of my house. Therefore, it is difficult for me to say ''I'm good at taking cautions every day''.

Some parts of this result are quite accurate, but not all of them. I agree with talkative and curious — I like communicating with people and discovering new things. However, I don’t really think logical describes me well, because I tend to rely more on feelings than on logic.

I disagree.  beacause I'm very positive and I can easily get to know about what I'm interested people.
