Rino Nagata -- Idealist

 I almost agree with the result of personality test, in which I was assessed as an idealist. I do see myself as forgiving and curious, but unfortunately, I am not such a bright person at all because I can sometimes be quite lazy when I am in a bad mood. I also agree that I am flexible and I usually tend to refuse to compromise my standards. However, I disagree that I am easygoing because I sometimes am worried about how things will go or if something new for me go according to my plan. Although it depends on a situation, I think I sometimes can be a risk taker because I really like to see something new and unusual that I have never seen even if my friends  try to stop me.

    I also become impatient when I'm in a bad mood, and then I think that being blight person all day all time is quite difficult.

    I think it’s great to take on challenges in something that you are interested in. It is difficult for me to start something if someone disagrees with me.

    You seem like calm and careful person, so I didn't know that you are curious and like to see something new . Then I love people who has that personality because they always have good passion and energy. I'd love to hear more about what you're interest in.

Machi Kanada - Supervisor

       My personality test result said I was a supervisor, and I think it's half accurate and half inaccurate. I do see myself as stable and practical, because when I work on something, I carefully follow the steps to make sure there are no mistakes. Also, I think it is important to follow rules properly, so I agree with the part that says I tend to get stressed when I see people not following them. However, I don't really like being a leader when working in a group, and I've never been told that I'm bossy, so I don't think that part of the result describes me. From this test result, I got the impression that supervisors are confident and like to take charge, but I don't really like that. I tend to think carefully before I speak, and I sometimes hesitate to express my opinions strongly.
