Finding Your Passion & Making It Your Job -- Rino Nagata

 I have been thinking to work for a big campany because I want to do something international using my English skills. Also, I could feel I'm one of the important employee of big company. Although it's not easy for me, I want to try something unsual, something I can't do in Japan to see the world that I've never seen.

I think choosing a job based on experiences or knowledges are quite important to last your job. Otherwise, you might leave your job very soon and it doesn't make you motivate for working for long time. So, there shouldn't be much of a gap between what I expected and what I actually do. 

I think portfolio career will become common because there are a lot of job now today and a lot of choices you can make. However, some people leave their job very soon and it means they might become impatient because some of them think that it is easy to leave their job and find another one.

I'm not sure what makes me feel happy when I start to work. However, it is important for me to do something I love or I enjoy at any time. Of course, income is one of important things for me when it comes to working, but it would be nice if the working hours  and private hours are good balance.

    I also hope to work for a big company. I think portfolio careers will become more common, but I like to do one job perfectly, so this style of work would be difficult for me.

    Working for a big company is hard, I think, but you have a strong heart, you’ll be fine! Actually I’ve never wanted to go abroad, so I think you’re amazing!

    Choosing jobs are very difficult for us and working is very hard, but if you find the your best work, you’ll happy to work!

    I also think that portfolio career will become more common all over the world as well as Japan. There are many kinds of job, so It is enjoyable to choose !!

       My personality test result said I was a supervisor, and I think it's half accurate and half inaccurate. I do see myself as stable and practical, because when I work on something, I carefully follow the steps to make sure there are no mistakes. Also, I think it is important to follow rules properly, so I agree with the part that says I tend to get stressed when I see people not following them. However, I don't really like being a leader when working in a group, and I've never been told that I'm bossy, so I don't think that part of the result describes me. From this test result, I got the impression that supervisors are confident and like to take charge, but I don't really like that. I tend to think carefully before I speak, and I sometimes hesitate to express my opinions strongly.
