Finding Your Passion & Making It Your Job - Aguri Uno

     I would like to communicate with other people with using foreign languages such as English, Chinese as well as Japanese. Also, when I did personality test, I found my personality was counselor. That is why I'm good at empathizing with people's feeling, so I think that I can use like this skill at workplace. I like to cooperate with other member to solve the problem compared with doing by myself. In my view, getting through many kinds of work placement is very important because I will understand what kind of job is the most suit for me. I would like to try many kinds job.

    I want get out of bond and relationships with colleagues from job. I would like to deal with a lot of people who come from many countries.  Emma said that we don't have to need choosing one job, and she recommended portfolio career. However, I prefer to concentrate on one job. I already have decided to do what I want to do in the future, so I will do my best at first.

Ultimately, it is all about happiness, I think it is true and I agree this Emma's opinion. I feel a sense of fulfilment when I succeed in something by working together with everyone. This definitely makes me happy in the job.

    I also want to communicate with various people using foreign languages. I prefer focusing on a single job rather than a portfolio career because I like to complete tasks perfectly.

Machi Kanada - Supervisor

       My personality test result said I was a supervisor, and I think it's half accurate and half inaccurate. I do see myself as stable and practical, because when I work on something, I carefully follow the steps to make sure there are no mistakes. Also, I think it is important to follow rules properly, so I agree with the part that says I tend to get stressed when I see people not following them. However, I don't really like being a leader when working in a group, and I've never been told that I'm bossy, so I don't think that part of the result describes me. From this test result, I got the impression that supervisors are confident and like to take charge, but I don't really like that. I tend to think carefully before I speak, and I sometimes hesitate to express my opinions strongly.
